Weekly Plan

M:  V- 3 x 1000 @ 2mile pace, 3-4min rest; 5 x 300 @ 1mile pace, 2-3min rest; JV: 3 x 800 @ 2mile pace, start w/varsity; 5 x 300 w/varsity

Tu:  V- 60min easy; JV: 50min easy;

W: All- 30min easy; 6 x 50m strides.

Th: Meet @ Redmond w/Mercer Island; possible short tempo effort post-race at park across from RHS (their XC course) for select varsity runners, TBA

F:  All - 30min easy; 4-6 x 200m strides, all-out; 2-3min rest

Sa: @ Robinswood park, 9AM; V- 70min easy; JV- 60min easy
